Contact
One address, and a person on the other end.
Everything reaches [email protected] — support, billing, privacy requests and legal notice alike. There is no form, no ticket number and no queue you cannot see. What follows is simply what to put in the email so the first reply is the useful one.
[postal address — to be filled in]
[email protected]
Support and billing within 3 business days. Data requests within 30 days, which is the statutory limit and not the target.
Support
A render that failed, an upload that was refused, something in the app behaving oddly.
- the video id, from the address bar on that video’s page;
- what you expected, and what happened instead;
- roughly when it happened, so we can find it in the logs.
Billing and refunds
Charges, plans, credits, cancellations, and anything under the refund policy.
- the email address on the account;
- the payment reference from the receipt Dodo Payments sent you;
- what you would like to happen — a refund, a cancellation, a correction.
Privacy and your data
A copy of your data, a correction, a deletion, or a complaint about how it was handled.
- the account address, so we know the request is really yours;
- which right you are exercising, in whatever words you like;
- nothing else — we will not ask you to prove your identity twice.
Security
A vulnerability, or anything that looks like a way to reach someone else's data.
- what you found, and how to reproduce it;
- please tell us before you tell anyone else;
- do not test against another person’s account — use your own.
The documents behind all of this: the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
